Host a table (we\u2019ll provide a table and two chairs \u2013 we recommend you bring a tent) and invite community members to learn more about your organization with a fun activity or publicity materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date<\/strong>: October 4, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time<\/strong>: 1:00pm \u2013 6:00pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>:&nbsp; Town Park in Cheverly, MD (6401 Forest Road, Cheverly, MD&nbsp; 20785)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information Table Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Includes space with one six-foot table and two folding chairs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-profit organization (Recognized Cheverly Organizations)&nbsp;<strong>Free<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Political campaign&nbsp;<strong>$50<\/strong>  <em>Restrictions apply; subject to approval<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local business&nbsp;<strong>(Sponsorship &amp; Approval Required)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guidelines\/rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All non-profit groups must provide satisfactory proof of the organization\u2019s non-profit status if requested or be recognized by the Town of Cheverly as having community group status, and of his\/her position as a representative of the organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All table holders must abide by these rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individuals or groups may not interfere with Cheverly Day by aggressively soliciting signatures, donations or attention. Any activities undertaken at may not block pedestrian traffic flow or access to other tables or activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All individuals or groups must stay with their tables or displays. Representatives may not walk through the event handing out information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provision of any free (no selling permitted) food or beverages at information tables must be done in accordance with PG County Health Department requirements (more information available upon request, or at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.princegeorgescountymd.gov\/1887\/Food-Safety-Permits-Inspections\">PGC Food Protection Program website<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups must accept the spaces assigned to them by Cheverly Day organizers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each organization or individual appearing at an information table must prominently display its name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Cheverly Day committee retains the right to regulate the time, place and manner of activities relating to displays, signs, posters, placards and other expressions of the interests represented.
